GHC’s 6.12 new dynamic linking and file sizes

GHC 6.12 finally supports dynamic linking, leading too much smaller binaries: For the standard HelloWorld example

main = putStrLn "Hello World" |
the binaries went from 427.000 bytes (stripped) to 10.736 bytes! That’s great
